Our primary function at Oliviers & Co is to highlight new talents. Therefore, Château de Panisse is a new entry in our collection. The orchard located not far from Tarascon, has been known since the fifteenth century. |

Subtlety and elegance define the character of this oil that echoes the nobility of Sienna's soil. Once more, it is rated among the 10 best olive oils of the 2010 harvest. |
