All the prices of the catalog are in Euros (VAT included).

Our rates are established from april 1, 2010 to march 31, 20011. It may be modified before the expiring date.

Out of Stock Items:

We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. If your item is out of stock we will contact you by e-mail to see how you would like the order handled.

In case we can't provide a similar item with same quality and price or if you don't want this article, we will cancel your order and we will make a refund.

Shipping policy:

The delivery service in France is La Poste "Colissimo Suivi"

- In France the package is delivered with a signature and in case of absence the package will be left to the nearest post office.

- For 1, 2, 3 and 4 zone the package is delivered by La Poste providers.

Shipments postage rates are automatically calculated according to the quantity and weight of the items ordered on the following price basis:

Discount on postage rates: 4 euros from 70 euros worth of purchase and 8 euros from 100 euros worth of purchase for delivery in countries witch belong to 1, 2, 3 and 4 zone

Deadline of delivery :

- For delivery in France, Corsica and Monaco the Oliviers & Co. Boutiques delivery deadline is 15 days after payment confirmation.

- For delivery in 1, 2, 3 and 4 zones, Oliviers & Co. Boutiques deadline delivery is 1 month after payment confirmation.

In case of damage:

Please write your reserves on the documents of the transporters or refuse the delivery and advise us by mail. This procedure is compulsory so that the article you have ordered can be exchanged or refunded, as well as the return costs, as quickly as possible.
- We insure the goods until delivery place, nevertheless we can't be held responsible for an impossibility to deliver beyond our control (absence, mistake in address, etc...), please check the exactitude of delivery addresses.
- Any inaccuracy leads to considerable delays and added costs which will be passed on the customer.
- Any delay due to cases of absolute necessity (strikes, bad weather...) won't involve OLIVIERS&CO's responsibility.

Payment policy:

You can pay by credit card or check.

Check payment  is only possible in Euros with French Checks.

In case of check payment, the order will be treated at reception of the check.

The delivery deadline is applicable from the reception of the payment.

Credit card payment : the transaction and the payment are securised.

The debit of your credit card is confirmed by your payment validation on the securised payment of Paybox services. You receive from Paybox an e-mail to confirm the validation of our payment.

Exchange or Repayment:

For an exchange or repayment, you have 7 days from delivery date to return the untouched articles in their packing of origin, with an explanatory letter. You will have to support the return costs.

Litigation:

The sale contract is governed by French law. Any dispute regarding the interpretation or the non-fulfilment of this contract will exclusively be the concern of the Commercial Court of Manosque (04100, France), only this court is of competent jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute.
