Our balsamics are made in the tradition of purity. These are true balsamics from which one obtains a beautiful dark color and honey-like consistency resulting from a reduction of the cooked grape must, uncovered, over a fire. But it is during a long aging process in oak barrels that the rare and precious elixirs develop their fragrance. Natural or fruity, flavored with cherries and figs, just a few drops of these delicate vinegars, presented in pretty glass bottles, are enough to flavor meats, fish, salads, and desserts.
