A rare oil made from olives and mint leaves. An entirely natural product obtained in Puglia in the South of Italy. This oil gives gourmandes ideas and desires of Orient.
Imaginative, our millman permanently creates new recipes, and so he has made an olive oil with mint. Like for basil olive oil, the production is in two steps. During winter, mint leaves and olives are pressed together with millstone. In summer time, other leaves infuse in olive oil.
The mix of the mint olive oils of summer and winter time gives gourmands ideas and desires of Orient: maybe a taboulé, a fattouche or a salad with lettuce hearts & orange slices
